Trainers taking part in Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh – Los Angeles will have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Pokémon originally discovered in the Sinnoh region and beyond!*
Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh – Los Angeles attendees will be able to encounter Shiny Stunky, Shiny Chingling, Shiny Chatot, Shiny Carnivine, Shiny Pachirisu, and more for the first time in Pokémon GO—if they’re lucky!
Trainers will also be able to enjoy bonuses such as 1/2 Hatch Distance, up to nine additional daily Raid Passes for spinning Photo Discs at Gyms, and more!

Origin Forme Dialga’s signature attack, Roar of Time, will temporarily pause the timer on certain items.
Origin Forme Palkia’s signature attack, Spacial Rend, will temporarily increase the distance at which you can encounter wild Pokémon.

Trainers, get ready for new pieces of featured music inspired by Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl created by Junichi Masuda, Pokémon video game series composer and Chief Creative Fellow of The Pokémon Company! You can hear the new music while walking on the map, catching Pokémon, during Raid Battles, and the loading screen when starting up the app!
These Pokémon first discovered in the Sinnoh region will appear in raids for the first 30 minutes of every hour during your ticketed event hours. Then, keep your eyes peeled—a space-time anomaly could form!
During a space-time anomaly, different Pokémon, including some first discovered in the Hisui region, will appear in raids! A space-time anomaly will occur for the last thirty minutes of each hour during your ticketed event hours.
Trainers who participate in Origin Forme Dialga and Origin Forme Palkia raids during their ticketed event day, including Trainers with a Citywide Gameplay add-on, will have a chance of receiving a special Los Angeles–themed Location Card after making a successful catch. These souvenir backgrounds will appear on the Pokémon’s summary page, showing where the Pokémon was caught and commemorating your trip to Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh!
Special Pokémon will appear in unique habitats during the event! Also, for the first time in Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to encounter Shiny Stunky in the wild—if you’re lucky!
That’s not all! When a space-time anomaly forms, some Pokémon first discovered in the Hisui region will appear in each habitat! A space-time anomaly will occur for the last 30 minutes of each hour during your ticketed event hours.
Rotom is causing mischief at Pokémon GO Tour: Sinnoh – Los Angeles! Work together with fellow Trainers to piece together a secret code that unlocks an encounter with Rotom. Once Trainers at Rose Bowl Stadium decipher the code, Trainers worldwide can redeem it, too!

Encounter Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf in the wild during your Sinnoh adventure—plus, if you take a snapshot of one of them in the wild, you can earn another encounter with them!
Trainers with an event ticket will have a boosted chance of receiving Field Research featuring Pokémon originally discovered in the Sinnoh region, including Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup wearing Lucas or Dawn’s hat!
First formed by uniting 108 spirits, Spiritomb, the Forbidden Pokémon, is appearing in Los Angeles! Spin ten of the 108 special PokéStops scattered across Los Angeles County and Orange County for encounters with Spiritomb. This Timed Research story will be available to all ticket-holding Trainers beginning Friday, February 16, 2024—kick off your weekend with some mischievous fun!
Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with this Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before Sunday, February 18, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
